Bad customer service, and I just witnessed a staff member criticize a customer.... Hire Mature and Welcoming people next time this store is a joke....
The selection is nice but the service is extremely slow!!! Just awful
This is the Worst Victoria Secret Store I’ve visited so far, employees talking to each other and criticizing customers, while the store is crowded with customers needing assistance finding what they are looking for, very unprofessional and conceited staff, just because you work there doesnt mean you are models Adriana Lima or Alessandra Ambrossio, Please be humble and nice to your customers, and as I see by all the previous reviews I’m not the only one with this opinion, I will be visiting the one at the Shoppes at Montage next time...
15 people in line... only 2 people working the counter... 5 girls yapping on the floor... I guess it's a job, obviously not a career place. But management should want to get your money faster.
Awful experience at this store, today I went looking for a backpack and just saw 2 of the employees staring at me and laughing, very unprofessional, employees chit chatting everywhere instead of taking care of the customers, also noticed I was being followed by the security Guy (bald man in a suit with handsfree walkie talkie) like I was going to steal something, when I’ve been spending hundreds every single months in this store for my daughters, and have a Angel Forever Card, they need to learn not to judge a book by its cover, just because I did not dress all fancy that day doesnt mean I got up from bed to go and steal from stores, hope they shut up when they saw me paying more $357 during this visit, very disorganized and unprofessional store, will keep spending my money at the VS store located at Montage, where the nice professional staff are.
