JCPenney has the worst customer service! There is almost always only 1 cashier available on the entire floor. The lines are long and customers are grumpy from waiting so long. When cashiers are this busy, the do not do a good job. Your associated are being stretched too far, so your customers suffer. There is NO customer service - JCPenney is no longer the best value for shoppers!

Tommy in appliances is always super helpful. Always has a big smile and is ready to help. Also he's not too bad on the eyes!
Make sure you take an extra copy of the newspaper's coupon (or print off an extra from the website). The cashiers will take it from you after the first use, even though it CAN be used multiple times.
The cashiers were nice. But you don't have enough. It does not seem like I an getting all my points.
