Bought furniture from American freight. Unfortunately chair and ottoman were damaged. A sales associate named Brady was extremely helpful and courteous because of him I would return to this store and purchase other items! The pieces of furniture I took home worked out great. Working with Brady was a win - win experience.
Very friendly. Had a hard time choosing what I wanted to take home, all the pieces in there are very beautiful and the prices are unbelievable. Wasn't rushed into buying anything staff was very helpful and patient. I will definitely go back again to buy furniture.
Brady was amazing! We walked in, found the exact couch we needed and wanted for our living room. He got it wrapped up, loaded in our truck. And we even got 2 free lamps today! Easiest furniture experience I've ever had.
I had a great experience with placing and receiving my order. HOWEVER, I bought the $100 insurance plan for my couch, and when I got the couch home I noticed a hole right on the corner seam of the couch. I called the insurance provider and they told me they do not cover rips at the seams and that I have to call American Freight to have the manufacturer replace it. I did so, along with emailing pictures of the rip a'A MONTH AGO. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to ship the new piece and they'd call me to set up delivery. I called today and was told they still haven't heard back from the manufacturer. I think having to wait a month or more for a replacement that wasn't my fault is ridiculous. I'm sure they have additional pieces in store that they could deliver to me. Very unhappy!
Chris is The Man. He knows what he's talking about. He didn't pressure us to buy, but only informed us of how packages were priced and explained everything thoroughly. We saw what we liked and decided to buy based on the quality and construction of the product and its pricing. We didn't expect delivery so soon since today is Memorial Day, but nevertheless, he offered, and delivered...personally! We will make sure to put Chris and American Freight Furniture at the top of our list for our next purchase. Thank you Chris, for your hard work and expertise.
