Lara is simply a beautiful person, and her studio reflects that. The atmosphere at Steamtown Hot Yoga is unbeatable! Classes are designed to fit everyone, and anyones needs! I have enjoyed the classes at SHY for several years now and I am challenged everyday that I enter the studio. Hot yoga has taught me so much! The teachers at SHY lead amazing classes! They're knowledgable and sincere!

I took a year of hot yoga classes. I went 2-3 times a week on average. In this year, i was grounded by my lessons. It brought a sense of calm and peace to my hectic school and work schedule. I couldn't help but introduce this cool place to my other friends. This is truly a gem in the community.
