I was surprised how clean the rug looks. The guys explained every step and did an awesome job. Friendly service and not too costly. Would recommend this business.
Sparkle had a ad in the paper, I called them and they verified the price. This was for my office which had mud stains from people walking in. They came on Saturday, like they said and called ahead of time. Their men were efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning our stained carpeting and then applied a scotch-guard coating to prevent most future stains. We were satisfied with their price and the quality of the job and will be using them again in the future

We are relocating to Florida and the movers took our stuff finally, thus freeing up the carpets. We are leaving on Monday, today is Thursday, with Veterans Day tomorrow. I was calling hoping, bit not expecting to be able to be scheduled at all, on such short notice. Not only were they able to come out, but they came out about an hour after I called them. The guys were very nice, knowledgeable and professional, they cleaned our tiny rental in about an hour, for under 200$. All spots are gone and I am hopeful we will get our deposit back! The guys were on-time and the carpets looked great when they finished. We had 1 room of carpet and stairs done. along with a carpet runner. Everything looked and smelled nice and clean. I was very pleased. Very professional, will use again.
