This could have been a better review if they didn't forget the pepper shooters on my sandwhich. This food is way too overpriced for these mistakes.
Downhill slide of late as far as staffing and sandwich quality. They neglected to include or even offer peppers on one of their Diablo sandwiches during a recent visit. Also, the shop is often only staffed by one person who is responsible for taking guests' orders and making sandwiches during the lunch rush. It just dont work and quality suffers. Far cry from their grand opening glory days.
