Thank you Roto-Rooter for the fine job, beginning from your receptionist to the two gentlemen who visited my home, and to the older gentleman who assisted the other men in taking care of my problem. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and it was obvious that they all have a great deal of knowledge and expertise in assisting people like me. Very Professional. It was also impressive that they visited my house to fix my problem within two hours of making the call to them. I couldn't have asked for better service. My technician, Larry, was on time, personable, very professional, and very patient with answering my many questions, as I am new to this house and have no information on any previous maintenance. He explained everything to me in a manor I could completely understand. I called on Monday with request for service and received service Tuesday . I cannot thank Larry and Roto-Rooter enough for the excellent service. When I need any type plumbing service in the future this is who I will call.
Tom M. came out to asses a drainage sound issue upstairs in our bathroom. He was thorough, respectful, clean (put on covers on his boots) and knowledgeable. In the end he diagnosed the problem which for me was no cost for his estimate/repair. It turned out water had evaporated in the tub U-joint (the tub had not been used in a while) and the unfamiliar sound coming from the flushing toilet was due to the U-joint not having water in it to muffle the other sounds. He did not charge me for "just running water in my tub". This was decent, honest, and refreshing in this day of paying quite a bit for other plumbers to just enter the house. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter as my first call next time I have a plumbing issue and I will be sure to request Tom M. Also to be noted the person at the desk who took my call was excellent and friendly. Same for the person who called me to tell me Tom was on his way. 5 stars!
My septic tank was due for pumping and the entire process was handled in an efficient, professional manner. From my initial call to set up my appointment to the actual clean-out, I felt each step was done in a friendly and sincere manner. The tech that pumped out the tank was very thorough and was careful not to make a mess of things in the process. Job was finished and in a timely fashion and done WELL! Exceptional service!
Upstairs bathroom sink was leaking and was overflowing to the first floor. Called numerous plumbers and the only one that responded was Roto Rooter. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Faucet, drain and supply lines were all replaced. Would recommend to others.
