My family and I visited the montage mountain Johnny Rockets last night. We had bought a deal on Groupon. We had a $40 voucher. It was my wife myself and our daughter. As soon as the waitress found out that we had a Groupon deal she was completely un attentive and just flat out rude. We ordered my daughter a grilled cheese sandwich we ordered two burgers and a piece of chicken. Our burgers came out first with ice cold french fries. A good five minutes later my daughters grilled cheese came out. The grilled cheese was good, the burgers were OK at best. The worst part about it was the bill came $48 which I thought was insane. I went up to the register to pay the eight dollars difference our waitress took my card swiped it printed out the receipt didn't say anything slide it across the counter and walked away. No thank you no hey was everything OK, nothing, literally just walked away which I found particularly rude. Should have saved our money and just went to MooYah in Dickson City.
Food was ok at best,and the waitress didn't seem to want to be there .
I wish I could give this one less star. The kitchen was disgusting!! The grill hasn't been cleaned, or even scrapped, in days. The cook finished making a few burgers and immediately left for a break outside without cleaning his space. There were things all over the counter, including loose French fries, ketchup packets, and crumbs. I was slipping with every step on the dirty floor. The service was nice but instead of cleaning, they sat on their phones and talked. The milkshakes we ordered were much too sweet (tasted like sugary syrup). We only had a few sips before throwing them out. My family are I were disgusted by the restaurant and we plan on contacting corporate office.
Short staffed. Straight nasty. Fans blowing on the food, took a hour to get two burgers and cold fries.
Food was good. Waiting time to eat was average when compared to other restaurants that offer the same. If you're looking for that 50's dinner look and feel while eating a burger then you'll definitely like Johnny Rockets.
