Myself and my 2 daughters went for an appointment last Monday after waiting an hour and a half to be seen for our scheduled appointment we were all swabs for strep throat I was given an antibiotic my youngest was given an antibiotic just received a phone call stating that my test came back negative for strep throat but they didn't bother testing the other two swabs please explain to me what the point is in going to the doctor if they are going to hold up their end of the deal you'd have better luck going to a vet then going anywhere near the Wright Center because all they care about is making you into a guinea pig so that their non-english-speaking doctors can attempt to learn something they have no customer service no empathy and really should be shut down I will be contacting my insurance company to find a new doctor's office
I love the staff and have been coming here for 10 years with my daughter. I’ve sat upwards of 45 minutes in the exam room waiting. When you call you can’t just get through to ask a simple question or request, like giving a fax number. You have to wait to be called back. It’s very frustrating and while I truly like the staff and trust them.
Don't go here if you actually care about your health or the health of your children. You more than likely get stuck seeing a resident and not a physician, and if you do actually see a doctor you'll probably end up sitting at least 45 minutes if not an hour to an hour an a half in the exam room waiting for Dr Thomas or Sheth to come in and tell you nothing you don't already know.
