Met with Sean Sprague to discuss the purchase of my truck. I was looking to buy a new vehicle and they advertise that they will pay you top dollar for your vehicle. The KBB Trade Value on my truck was $12,000 and I did not expect that, but I did expect to receive a fair valuation. He offered me $4,500 which was an insult and a waste of my time. He stated that it was a fair offer and I would be lucky to get more. I went to another dealer and they offered me $9,500 on the spot. Don't believe their commercials, the will not save you hundreds. Just a fair warning.
Horrible they sell junk. Bought my car from them rotted out should of never left the lot according to Their mechanic. Then paid them to fix it so it could pad inspection still rotted.
Everyone of my last five cars came from Feelgood Motors. No problems with any of them. Will buy my sixth car from them.
