Had a terrible weekend in Scranton when I hit a pothole and wiped out two tires. Enterprise Rental was courteous, understanding, and extremely capable throughout my disaster mitigation. Would strongly recommend for all car rental needs.

The five stars are for his professional and personal courtesy shown to me. Without ANTHONY being there to finalize the transaction I probably would have left no comment and would not rated the business at all.
Got a free upgrade; however as usual the vehicle is delivered with little or no gas in it. I rent frequently from them for business because they deliver the car, but my trip always has to start with filling the gas tank. I don't understand why they can't deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas and I would return it with a full tank of gas. My company, who rents a lot of cars from this location, has made several requests for cars to be delivered with a full tank of gas; however they do not seem to be willing to accommodate this request.
