I had an emergency dental situation and my primary dentist was unable to see me until the next day so I booked a last-minute appointment at Aspen. Scheduling was super easy, paperwork when I walked in was easy, and the woman in charge of providing me an estimate was super helpful and answered my questions. The doctor (did not introduce himself) was very nice and was helpful. Ultimately, they did not do the procedure I needed due to time but the experience was not bad. The 3 star ranking is because the place needs some TLC - the walls have chipped paint, the dental chair plastic is cracked, the reception bathroom needed to be cleaned, etc. It didn't FEEL clean.
The Dentist was very nice and easy to talk to as well.
My dental hygienist was very informative on providing me with the condition of my teeth and how to improve care for future strength of my teeth. She was very thorough for my 6 month check up. This was my 3rd visit with this office and had the same hygienist each time.
