Always dirty appearing inside. The front where you check out has things all over the place like no one knows how to tidy up. The only reason I go in there is to get our dog's food. It's one of the few locations that has it. Cashiers are always friendly. That's the ONLY plus.
Always has good coupons. A little tight in there but they have good stuff. Taste of The Wild is what I go in for
All of the things for puppies, and inexpensive self wash bays to keep puppies stink free! Great selection and prices!
For being a "big box" chain store they offer a personal touch. All the employees clearly LOVE animals and they have a great "open bag" policy. If you buy a bag of dog food (I assume it's offered for Cat food as well) and your dog doesn't like it you can return it for a full refund and they donate the open bag to an animal charity or shelter. There prices are good and their sales can be great!
Great smart staff. Quick in and out. Great selection! Recommend to anyone who needs odd stuff!
