First I would like to say that my fiancee have been without a phone for a week because my stylo 2 just stopped turning on. I called boost mobile and they advised me to call LG because warranty is still good on phone. LG takes to long for me to wait for a phone so I decided to buy another phone. He needs his phone for work purposes. Well yesterday I walked Boostmobile store in Scranton, PA on Lackawanna Ave and the lady working was extremely rude to my family and I. First she didn't offer to help us find a phone. When we finally asked about a phone, she didn't bother to look up from the computer and replied by saying the price of the phone. I was also considering porting over and had lots of questions about plans. The lady just stay seated and played on computer while ignoring us. My fiancee and I stood at counter staring at her waiting for some good customer service. We then felt like she was being racists which is why she didn't want to help us. We then asked her is it not help us day. She then said are we serious. We said yes that she is being very disrespectful and we want her manager. She then looked back at her computer and continued to ignore us. We ask again for manager and she says " the manager is the owner, he is my boyfriend and won't help you anyway ". Let me mind you that my kids were with us and we felt extremely hurt that we were being treated this way. Especially in front of our children. Please help report this store, it's on Lackawanna Ave in Scranton, PA. Thank you in advance.

The associates are not helpful at all. They are rude and ignorant and cannot help you with simple questions or concerns you may have. I tried to bring my own phone from another company and everything was eligible and they couldn't help me. Please save yourself time money and aggravation and stay away from this place!
