I love this place. They're always so nice and professional. I'd rather continue going here than to a primary care physician.
Great place to go. Very professional staff. I have gone three times in the last month and Dr Kara was excellent. I am chronically ill so I know what I am talking about. No more emergency room visits for me. Excellent place to get the care that patients deserve. Thank You to every person who took care of me including the receptionist. 10!!!!!!!!!!

I came here last evening around 5pm, complaining of ear pain and a possible sinus infection. I was sent home and told that nothing was wrong. This morning, I woke up very sick with a sinus infection (surprise surprise). I called back today to follow up, as I was told to do. Now, to be seen again for a prescription, I need to pay another copay. No thanks. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as should anybody else. It's obvious that their staff is underqualified, or just incompetent. Also, the waiting room smelled like garbage. I'm not sure if it was the room itself, or the people waiting to be seen, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Karla and her student had the best bed side manner despite it being very busy this evening. I had a long wait, but they were so apologetic about it and didn't rush me out of my appointment. I was grateful they took the time to listen and do my exam with compassion and professionalism. I wish all medical professionals had their bedside manner!
