If you walk in upset with any emotion at all, your 100% gaurenteed to come out with a prescription.

He never even looked at her. He even mixed her up with a different patient.

This place should be shut down permanently such unprofessional workers here. Especially management and the higher ups. Horrible horrible place.

This place is horrible. I can't even describe it. I would actually give no stars if I could. I've been having intense insomnia for the longest time. And I'm trying my best to get help for it and the doctor I am seeing doesn't even give me a chance to explain what is going on. When I was younger and in the children's department all they did was keep on upping medicine that was not even helping me. I was on so much medicine I could not even function. It was at the point where if I was having a bad day they would just up the medicine and say that I need to be more medicated. The medicine has caused me to gain up to 150 pounds more than my original weight. And has also caused me a lot of help problems on top of it. Because of the massive weight gain. They just love putting you on medicine and keep on raising it not even caring about how it effects you or your life. Or not even caring enough to actually talk to you.

Its disheartening. Disgusting to say considering his job is to help people. Also, hes so old he cant even hear you and he doesn't listen AT ALL. I dont know if its on purpose or if he has himself on a timer to say the same things over and over again to different people. You could draw him a map directly to your problems and he would still end up on mars with a prescription pad.

He gets patients mixed up. My daughter was laughing and he goes " look at her face shes depressed. She looks sad".

Keep in mind that the doctors are overloaded with patients and will develop the mindset of seeing you as just another number. It's not their fault they are crammed but the way they handle professional protocol with their patients is questionable. After seeing my psychiatrist several times, I learned he was brushing off my concerns and handing me a paper with a prescription on it.

A good thing to know is that the lady at the desks up front can be welcoming from time to time. They helped me with setting up medical assistance and were prompt about answering my calls. However, I had a rough time with my doctors.

This counseling center doesn't prevent drug abuse, they encourage it through their careless actions. I would not recommend anyone to go here if they are looking for a long term mental care.

The worse. Unprofessional. No regard to the patients. Stopping medicines cold turkey on patients that are supposed to be tappered. Do they care about the health ramifications this may inflict on the patients? Seizures, hallucinations, shaking, dizziness. I competent of a PA to do such a thing but pehaps she's ignorant of the basic dangers of withdrawal. No wonder they can not keep anyone. Does the doctor on staff know of this. He will soon. Very phoney caseworkers who talk and whisper behind the patients back and they think the patients are oblivious to this. Talking to the majority of the therapists is like talking to a wall. No empathy your just a number. No advice for help with the problem. I must say it has really gotten worse over the last 18 months.

If you tell him you don't want meds, simply talk therapy, he looks at you as if hes paying attention for once. You couldn't get him to look at you even if you tap danced on his friggen desk and threw his papers around. If you did he would probably write you another script.

The child receptionist looks like a girl from Jersey shore and her behavior matches. I'm suprised she doesn't have a spotlight facing her purse and fake nails. However she could almost lift her lip to her eyebrow when she talks so thats a plus right?

For the love of yourself, stay away.

I over heard one of the doctors, ramen, rhamen, say hes sick of suicidals coming threw his door.
