Terrible service appointment for 9:50 its 11:08.
Awful wait for visit. Would have given no stars if possible
I had a 2:30 pm appointment. When I arrived the receptionist told me the doctor was running an hour behind. They gave me a hearing test first (which I paid an additional $35 copayment), that I probably didn't need. I finally walked out of my appointment at 5:00 pm. Really? Two and half hours for me to pay $70 total and I have to do an exercise once a day to get rid of my Vertigo. And if it isn't gone in a week I can go to therapy and paid for the same excercise.
My wife waited a month for this supposed specialist to see her about her ears, he told her he wasn't sure what she should do and charged her $80.
Dr. Brutico performed surgery on my daughters perforated eardrum. He did an excellent job and she has been able to actively participate in all activities, especially swimming. He took his time to perform the delicate surgery, and her recovery was quick and pain free. He definitely has my recommendation.
