already bought the phone , needed to activate and transfer data over 2 hrs to get help while 5 reps sit in the back and 4 actually working

Service is pretty good here... would've gotten 5 stars had the rep not followed the instructions on the Zagg screen protector causing it to fall off and making me inconveniently go back to the store to get another installed the right way.
Great place every time when I need phone replacement or help this is the best store to go, friendly and knowledge stuff.
They never have enough staff and they always don't fix the problem.. They tell you to call costume service.. Its bs already.. And the service stinks...
