Wonderful experience shopping at the Verizon Store at Steamtown! This is the place to go if you need a phone. Katie took the time to go above and beyond explaining all of the different options for phones as well as the benefits of each calliing plan. When she had a question, she stopped and found out the correct answer from Avi, who seamlessly handled the inquiry. I bought one phone for myself, one as a gift and both were setup very quickly on site. Top notch customer service all around. Highly recommend this store!
This store, by far, has provided the BEST customer service and overall experience I've ever had when purchasing a new device. Avi and his team were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and more. Avi helped us save on our monthly bill as well as being super friendly and an all around stand up guy. Every piece of information from lead times to the minute my device arrived in store was truthful and transparent. I feel other Verizon locations could learn a great deal from these folks.
