Hotel is clean but the elevator had a really funny smell to it. The rooms seemed to have a smoke smell as well. Bds were comfy, good showers. I would stay again in a pinch.
We were very disappointed with this facility after being happy to find a Fairfield Inn, always having a good experience with this chain of hotels . The lobby and hallways were GROSSLY dirty. Our room was barely acceptable for cleanliness, and very small. The breakfast was good. This hotel could do so much by making better first impression in its lobby and hallways by simply scrubbing them clean. We would NOT recommend this place.
I arrived and noticed I was the guest of the day. What does that mean? Well when I got to my room I had bottled water, chips and cookies waiting for me. What a welcomed relief for this weary traveler. The front desk staff is super friendly and very helpful. My room is perfect and clean. I really like this hotel and I'd stay here again in a New York minute. Hot coffee is available for you in the breakfast area all day long. Great relief to the caffeine deprived traveler.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Always have fresh towels and washcloths in the rooms. No laundry for guest use on site but there is one right next door that can be used. Parking lot gets very crowded at times.
I stayed here last night and today, and even though it's the holidays and the girl working at the desk (Erin), seemed super busy, she was more than happy to help me feel comfortable and help me out with a couple questions I had. Also, the gentleman working last night and the girls that were at the desk earlier today were nothing but nice to me and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me so much and never complaining that it's Christmas Day/Christmas Eve. I would give this review 10 stars if I could. Thank you all so much!
