Great mattress warehouse they truly work with you they want to see there customers happy and I truly am this place is a really good mattress ware house very in expensive great pricing and great service I am 100% satisied and completely happy .
The customer service at Resnick's is awesome. I was in a pinch for a split bed spring as I had just moved into my new home. As stressful as moving is it was a breath of fresh air purchasing from them. Easy peazy.
Just bought all new pillowtop mattresses for the whole family, as well as a new bed and the price we paid was less than the competing national stores. Plus the lady who helped us was very friendly and was not a pushy salesperson. She was just there to answer any questions we had. The first time we went was just to look and check out prices. We left, thought about it for a few days, came back and placed our order. The kid from the store who delivered the mattress was extremely polite and professional. I imagine we will not be in the market for new mattresses for years to come, but when its time to buy new ones we will definately go back to Resnicks.
My husband and I were searching all over for two boxsprings for our king mattress, but everywhere was over priced and out of our price range, finally later that night my friend told me to go to Resnick's in Dickson city, we rushed over before they closed. When we got inside the owner asked us if he could help us and I blurted out (remember I'm tired and frustrated from searching all day) "I needed two twin box springs for my king mattress" and he said I needed two XL twin box springs... me being dumb I said "are you sure bc I don't have a California King it's just a king" ... he said, yes nicly and showed me the king beds there... I came to my senses that he is the mattress expert... and I said "Okay but I need two really cheap boxsprings!" He told me to come with him and we went to the back where he happened to have in stock that day two very nice refurbished XL twin boxsprings... to make my long story short I not only left the store with the size box springs I needed for my bed but I also got two for the price of one in other stores around! My bed is together now and I'm a very happy and now loyal customer! If you want a great deal and great service go here for sure!!!!! Thank you.
I would give it zero stars if it let me. Just not a welcoming place. Very unorganized set up. Been shopping next door to this place for years for vitamins, etc. Needed a new mattress and stopped in. I would rather pay more money to go somewhere else. Their prices are pretty high for what you are getting. Don't waste your time here.
