I had an appointment to drop off of my car this morning at 9:30am and showed up right on time to see the lock still on the door. After waiting approximately 20 minutes the owner and a worker finally showed up. I was told my car would be finished no later than 1pm. At 2:30pm I repeatedly called the office to check the status of my car and received no answer. I went to check on it in person at 4pm (after not hearing a word since I dropped off my car) to see that the detail on my car had not even been started. I asked why it was not completed and why I did not receive a phone call to tell me it would be later and the guy stated, "something came up." I asked for my keys and left and still have not heard anything for the owner. DO not bring your vehicle here.
SATURDAY, I CONTACTED VENESSA, THE OWNER OF MGR AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DETAIL MY EXPEDITION. IT WAS AFTER 2 PM AND I NEEDED IT COMPLETED TODAY. TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD STAY UNTILL IT WAS COMPLETED. WELL 10 OCLOCK AT NIGHT THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME MY SUV WAS DONE. THEY DID THE BEST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN, I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO SHOW THE SUV OFF TO CAR FINATIC AND HE TOO HAD TO ADMITT IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST JOBS HE HAS EVER SEEN. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, I WOULD RECOMMEND MGR TO DETAIL ANYONES CAR. OF COURSE AFTER SEE THE GREAT JOB THEY DID I TIPPED THE WORKERS AND I WILL RETURN EVERY MONTH OR TWO AND HAVE MY SUV DONE AGAIN, I TELL YOU MY VEHICLE WAS IN BAD SHAPE I MEAN REAL BAD. IT WAS USED TO CARRY PET FOOD AS WELL AS FOUR BIG DOGS, NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW SUV. I CAN NOT THANK VENESSE AND HER TERRIFIC CREW FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY DID. THANK YOU R J SMITH
