Great bit of history tucked into the heart of Scranton. Great how much is still preserved and the signs describing the history of the city and site, and how integral the furnaces are to Scranton's founding, is so cool. Small parking lot but a great scenic site.
Can't access inside of furnaces. Locked and gated. No river access. Fenced off. Bums passed out on the top deck. 1 hour parking
