No apologies, no attempt to make the appointment. I lost a day of work.
Run don't walk from Arrow. Go anywhere else. Very poor business practices. Took day off from work to have service performed. They called at 8:35am and left a message to return call. I called back at 9:05 and was told my appointment had to be rescheduled to another day because they couldn't wait for me to return the call so I lost my appointment.
Quick quality reasonable service fixing my windshield and replacing my storefront. Highly recommend.
I did reschedule, but with someone else. Stay away from this poorly run company. Can't imagine but their work has to be the same, shoddy and poor.
Why didn't they call the night before?
Arrow's website makes it really easy to schedule windshield replacement online or by phone. They'll come right to your home or office to do the replacement, which makes it super convenient. The technician was polite, efficient and fast. Cleaned up - no sign he'd been there/replaced glass . . . oh except for the missing crack in my windshield!
