Recently purchased a gently used Harley Davidson from Rommel H-D ibn Scranton. James was very helpful along with Todd in seeing to it that I got all the necessary information to make the best decisions. James arranged for test rides for my wife and I on several bikes that we were considering. All in all I was extremely happy with Rommel Harley-Davidson Scranton.
Just purchased a 2017 Ultra Limited from Rommel. Smitty, who handled the sale, and Ginger who handled the administrative part of the sale were great. I've been a Harley owner before, but not since 2010, and even though I wasn't a regular customer, I was treated as if I was coming to Rommel's for years. I can't say enough about the staff. I had originally seen the bike at their Plains dealership and talked to Pete, and Al. Both of whom were super friendly and very helpful. They had the bike sent up to the Scranton store since it was closer to my house, without even having to ask, and I closed the deal up in Scranton. All in all Rommel has great people working for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rommel's to anyone looking to buy a Harley. Highly recommended.
If I was a die hard rider, I would enjoy the store more. I ride to spend time with my husband.
